About

I'm Helen, a registered nutritionist and gut health specialist. I help people who struggle with IBS to uncover the root cause of their condition, empowering them to be confident and pain-free.

I also struggled with IBS and digestive health problems for most of my adult life - so I spent years researching and studying to understand the underlying cause of my issues and I haven’t looked back.

TESTIMONIALS
